Refund Policy
This policy covers DevXMachina subscription purchases for DXM Block Audit made through Lemon Squeezy. The distributed plugin code remains licensed under GPLv2 or later.
1. Refund window
Initial purchases are eligible for refund within 14 calendar days from purchase.
This is a commercial refund policy for the initial purchase. It does not replace mandatory consumer rights that apply under non-waivable law.
2. Eligibility conditions
- Applies to the initial subscription purchase made through checkout.
- Request must be submitted by the purchasing account.
- Request should include order identifier and reason for cancellation.
- Abuse patterns may result in refusal where legally permitted.
3. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with your order details.
- Or contact Lemon Squeezy support through your purchase receipt and billing account.
- Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.
- Approved refunds end subscription-backed updates and support access.
4. Digital product notice
DXM Block Audit is delivered as software and related digital services. Where checkout enables immediate access, statutory withdrawal treatment may depend on the consents and acknowledgements captured during Lemon Squeezy checkout.
5. Renewals and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless canceled before renewal.
- Cancellation and payment method updates are available in the billing portal.
- Unless a refund is approved, access remains active through the current paid period.
6. Tax handling
Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and handles tax and VAT obligations related to checkout transactions.
