  • Contact details you provide during support requests.
  • Email addresses submitted to request DXM demo access links.
  • Transaction, subscription, and invoice data provided by Lemon Squeezy.
  • License activation and validation data, including site host labels, activation instance identifiers, and license status needed to administer subscription-backed entitlements.
  • Short-lived demo access token records and hashed anti-abuse identifiers needed to issue and protect magic login links.

  • Billing and tax records are retained per mandatory financial retention periods.
  • DXM demo access emails, short-lived access tokens, and hashed anti-abuse records are retained only as long as needed to send access links, enforce cooldowns, and protect the service from abuse.
  • Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
  • Licensing records are retained as long as needed to administer active subscriptions, seat usage, deactivation history, and fraud prevention.
  • Analytics data is retained in aggregate form based on provider settings.
