1. Provider
DevXMachina is operated by the legal entity listed on this page, a Romanian sole proprietor (PFA). The current product offering on this site is DXM Block Audit.

2. Product scope
DXM Block Audit is distributed as WordPress plugin software licensed under GPLv2 or later. Paid subscriptions cover access to updates, support, account-backed entitlements, and related service operations.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are billed yearly in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Payments, tax handling, and invoices are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
- Lemon Squeezy checkout shows the final charged amount, including any applicable tax or VAT determined by customer location and checkout configuration, before purchase is completed.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
- Customers manage billing details and cancellation via the billing portal or purchase receipt.
- Initial-purchase refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.
4. GPL rights and subscription services
- The distributed plugin code is licensed under GPLv2 or later.
- These terms govern checkout, billing, hosted activation and entitlement services, update access, and support delivered by DevXMachina for DXM Block Audit, Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, and supporting service providers.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to recipients under the GPL for the distributed plugin code.
5. Subscription entitlement usage
- Single plan covers one production site entitlement.
- Agency plan covers up to 50 production site entitlements.
- Key sharing, fraudulent seat claims, or circumvention of licensing controls may result in suspension of subscription-backed services.
6. Support
Support is provided by email during normal business operations and depends on plan level.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, checkout, billing portal, licensing endpoints, or support channels through unlawful activity, unauthorized access, fraudulent chargebacks, automated abuse, or actions that disrupt service operations.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The distributed plugin code is provided under GPLv2 or later without warranty to the extent permitted by that license and applicable law. Subscription services and the website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived by law.
9. Liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where law forbids such limitation.
10. Governing law
Governing law and venue are determined by the provider jurisdiction unless mandatory local consumer law applies.
